• Appraisal Fee

What do I need to apply? (New Construction and Renovation)*

• Appraisal Fee
• Copy of Deed (If land is owned.)
• Copy of Sales Contract (If land is being purchased.)
• House Plans
• Contract between you and your builder
• Agreement listing materials to be used in construction of the home
• Previous 2 year's W-2's
• 2 most current check stubs
• 2 most current bank statements
• If self employed: Previous 2 year's personal and business tax returns.
